Oregon Ash 2025

​Welcome! We are the 2025 Oregon Ash team with the Environmental Leadership Program at the University of Oregon. For this project, we are working with the Eugene Parks and Open Space Department to record tree density and characterize the plant community composition of Oregon Ash (Fraxinus latifolia) stands around the city. This information will be used to inform future park management and plans before the arrival of the invasive Emerald Ash Borer (Agrilus planipennis) (EAB) beetle, which is slowly spreading across the state of Oregon.
